Social Media Account Manager

Our team and client base is growing fast, so we're looking for a new role.

I'm looking for a social media account manager who has experience in managing multiple accounts and working for an agency. I don't want an 'agency' person, but instead someone who is alive, sparky, punchy and ambitious. They need to think outside of the box, yet combine that with a high degree of professionalism and organisation.

Here's a few obvious things. You would need to be highly organised, systematic, reliable, a safe pair of hands and great on communication.

You would need be available both over the phone and online during office hours, UK based.

You would need to have a good understanding of social media strategy, community management, account handling, Twitter/ Facebook/ LinkedIn/ Pinterest/ YouTube/ Blogs/ SEO. You would also need to grasp new concepts quickly and be a quick learner willing to read.

Additionally you would need to be incredible likable- where you find that beautiful balance of wanting to please clients, but not wanting to be a people pleaser where you promise things you can't deliver.

You'll be working within an entrepreneurial environment and working with both a number of entrepreneurial clients and additional established businesses. Having the ability to understand them, interpret their needs and ensure they are looked after and satisfied is essential.
