Looking for a freelancer to help manage SM channels (FB and Twitter)

I'm looking for a freelancer who can help to manage few SM company pages (FB and Twitter). It will require constantly creation and curation of the content as well as developing strategies for growth, and some community management. An ideal candidate for this role has a good experience in SM (creating engaging content, growing quality audience, increasing traffic back to the company page, etc), worked in HR/Recruitment industry or EVP/Employer Branding type of projects, works with high efficiency and strict to the deadlines.
