Look after my social media management

I would like someone to manage my social media for my personal training business to drive new clients to my business. Would like them to post relevant and interesting content that will engage local people to my area.
Would like a price for 4 weeks work, Need someone who has fantastic English skills and a fair knowledge of fitness and nutrition or at least three ability to source and write good info, plus they need to be able to help with strategy and ideas for what content I can add on top of theirs to generate interest I'm my business.
