Instagram Followers and Promoters needed

Hi,

I need more genuine Instagram followers to increase sales, looking to get approximately 5k new followers over the coming month. I need the new genuine followers added at a staggered rate (so not all at once).

The Instagram account is for a beauty brand that sells affordable high quality beauty products. So this job would best suit someone with knowledge of how buyers buy beauty and interact with these brands online.

I also need you to help locate Instagram people to promote my brand (open to sending products to the promoters but not looking to pay them as well, or if payment is required for a great promoter then not too $$$). I have a B2B and media kit already, so this isn't needed to be made. I also have a social media strategy with goals and objectives ready, just need help implementing it.

So in short I'm looking for a few days of social media managing (just Instragram account approx. 5days), a few days dedicated to contacting and finding social media promoters (say 2-3 days), all whilst finding new genuine ACTIVE followers. Hence the budget is as it is but if the quality of work is good then ongoing work will be required.
