Freelance social media community manager

I am looking for a multi-faceted community manager who can work across various social media channels.

looking for someone to implement and run client campaigns including:

content planning and research
writing updates
increasing community sizes
producing social reports

The majority of our clients are in the B2B space so experience here is a must, occasionally we also service consumer clients.
must be confident using Hootsuite and Google analytics
Must be based in the UK, English as a first language.
