Develop and handle social media for online community

Looking for an experienced professional to create customised posts in canva from posts that we have already send him/her and schedule them in social media.
So the contecnt is something that we provide. We need the customisation and scheduling.
The social we post are
2 facebook accounts, 2 Twitter accounts, 2 instagram accounts and 1 linkedin account.
There are 7 posts per week for each account.
The goal is to have a long term collaboration.
