Create a landing page

Before investing in a website, I want to check whether there is indeed an interest in the concept I am about to launch. In order to do this, I would like the following:

1. A one page landing page is required to be made to capture user's email ID's.
2. Ideally, I want users to sign up to my landing page using their facebook ID or Linked In ID.
3. Once the user signs in using FB or LI, is it possible that a link is posted on their wall to invite their friends and family to also visit and sign up?
4. I may need users to click a youtube link which directs them to Youtube (showing them what the would be website will be).
5. I will need the designer to find appropriate free images to use
6. The concept of the website will be similar to checkatrade.com with a twist
