Job Title: Remote Work Coach – Freelance & Flexible
Salary: £35 per hour
Location: Remote (UK-based preferred, but open to global talent)

We're seeking experienced, empathetic coaches to join our mission in supporting individuals to thrive while working remotely.

Role Overview
We’re hiring part-time, freelance coaches who can deliver 1:1 coaching sessions to our clients via Zoom or similar platforms. Sessions typically focus on:
Improving productivity and focus in a remote setting
Establishing healthy work-life boundaries
Managing stress, anxiety, and remote burnout
Navigating communication challenges in virtual teams
Building motivation, structure, and accountability

What You’ll Do:
Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions (45–60 minutes each)
Create simple follow-up plans or tools/resources when needed
Collaborate with our team for continuous improvement
Tailor your coaching sessions to meet the specific, unique needs of the client

What We’re Looking For
Experience in coaching (productivity, career, life, executive, wellbeing or mental health coaching)
Familiarity with remote work dynamics, either personally or professionally
Coaching certification (ICF, ILM, Animas, AC, EMCC, etc.) preferred but not mandatory
Strong emotional intelligence and clear communication skills
Access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection

Pay
£35 per hour
Paid per completed session
