Small website with graphic design work (regular)

1) We are in need of a small website with 2-3 pages for a nightclub promotions company. The website is simply a landing page for building a database and for directing visitors to our facebook page, as well as acting as a point of information about upcoming events. We would need a contact form with a few different options. The overall design will be very simple with a contact form, about us section and a media section for photos (if plausible). The page should be optimised for SEO for a series of keywords that aren't overly competitive.

2) Along with the website there will be graphic design work for the site itself, a company wristband and a series of flyer designs. We would have regular bi-monthly flyer work available.

Ideally we'd be looking for someone who could fulfill both roles, but are happy to take on an individual for each one should that be the case. The reason we'd like someone who can complete both jobs is that a lot of the flyer artwork will be utilised into the website.
