Sketch up model needed + 2D floor plan with measurements, have started already.

Currently studying interior design and have a report which needs a supporting sketch up 3d rendered model of a room (combined kitchen/lounge/dining) I have started the model already, although its the first time i've used sketch up so struggling to learn it and complete it in time. Can provide a manual drawing but i'd prefer to submit a rendered visual with my case study. I also need to provide a 2D marked up technical drawing with elevations, dimensions, and appropriate line weights. I can send you visuals and have a technical floor plan of the space already, just needing to personalise it with the furniture and kitchen fit out I have specified.
Kitchen already built, just needs to be rendered and windows added. As I have future assessments based on re-configuring the room, this is why I'd love to have the model set up correctly to begin with so it will save me time in the long run. Working in sketch up pro version 8.
