Short Web Video Animation

I've attached a self-explanatory brief for this project including estimated time-line which has to be flexible and subject to change as there are several levels of approval required from the client.
Please have a look at this and put forward your bid along with examples that you've done of a similar nature.
We are open to ideas and creative input on this as the overall objective is to achieve impact and get the message to cut through.
