Shareholders Agreement

Hi all,

I am looking to speak to a legal representative to construct a shareholders agreement between myself and the shareholders of our business.

The successful person must have had previous experience in writing this document and be qualified in law.

The shareholders agreement between the shareholders won't be complicated and should be just a simple document with no specific requests.
