Set Up Email Server - UK Based Providers

I use Fasthosts for email hosting however just found out their server is blacklisted hence my emails end up in junk folder.

I now want to use my own dedicated server as the email server. If you are experienced with setting up an email server, hot with advanced DNS and know what I need to do to set this up correctly so that my emails actually get deliverer and don't end up in spam then get in touch.

I am looking for hand holding when we set this up jointly.
I am looking for a UK Based provider.
