SEO work on my website.

I am a web designer and developer. I've recently been working on the SEO aspect of my website. For about 4 weeks now I have been focusing for the term 'web design Surrey' and 'web designer Surrey' . For 'web design Surrey' i am currently on page 17 and for 'web designer Surrey' im on page 10. I am looking to increase this and looking for someone to work on this to do so. I'm not looking to simple join one of these back link generators.
