SEO Copy Writing For a Conveyancing Website

I require some text for my home page, together with text for the sale process, purchase process, sale & purchase process and transfer of equity process. I also require some general text for our FAQ page. I am looking for about 500 words for the home page and about us page together with 500 words for each process page. The content needs to seo optimized for the subject matter. I will also require a list of answers to 18 FAQ's re-writing in different words so as to avoid duplicatation of content with another site that I own.

I have put a fixed cost of £100 on this juob but I am willing to negotiate.
