We are looking to understand using Google Analytics a specific user behaviour (as noted below). However our existing advanced segments don't balance when added up the sessions (e.g. B + C + D should equal A) and have variance of almost 36% even un-sampled.

The task is to validate/specify the advanced segment (which are based on a specific sequence) configuration against below 4 behaviour we wish to understand . For each behaviour we want to know the number of session it generated.

Behaviours:

A: Redirect > Offer Pageview (On Our Website)
B: Redirect > Offer Pageview > Converted
C: Redirect > Offer Pageview > Took No Further Action / 'Bounced'
C: Redirect > Offer Pageview > Viewed a different page on our website

NB:
Clicks (Defined as Pageviews our of exit redirect) are considered Conversions.
Our main channel is email and success is measured using redirects prior the end users destination (the redirect is to allow for tracking and measurement)

1: A user clicks a link in an email they are directed via a redirected via a specific page to our website or a partner website
2: A user clicks an offer link (Get Deal) on our website and is redirect via a specific page to a partner website
