Yeme are revolutionary home extension architects with a strong online business model and a unique, stystematic, user-friendly approach.
Within the home improvement sector there is virtually no nationally recognised branded company offering a standard approach to home extensions. In the longer term, Yeme seeks to become the leading national provider for domestic architectural services.
As a new business, we have been running PPC campaigns for several months spending around £1000 pm. However, we have had mixed results. We need to now use the data we have compiled to create a much more sophisticated and successful campaign.
Our actual advert wording will need to be carefully devised and grouped so that we can monitor which text is working best. We would like the analysis and adjustments to be undertaken in the first month as part of the initial package. On-going involvement can be agreed once we are confident the campaign is improving our current position..
Ultimately, we need to maximise the number and quality of conversions, whilst minimising the cost per click (against ad position) to improve our value for money. We will need goals to be set up so the results can be clearly and instantly monitored and defined. We are not an e-commerce business and do not actually sell anything directly on the site. However, we have several areas of contact or data capture which can be measured. Ultimately the main objective is to get users to book a free feasibility survey using the online form.
Whilst we offer a national service, we would like to arrange our sales geographically (if possible), to improve efficiency.
We receive almost daily SEO offers but we are looking for an outstanding freelancer, with a proven and definable track record of conversions. Getting lots of clicks is easy, however it is the cost and quality of the click in terms of conversions that is critical to us.
We expect bidders to describe their strategy for reducing the cost per click and undertake an analysis of our stats and keywords. Given that we are focussing on conversions, it is important that bidders can offer feedback on any shortcomings or issues that need to be addressed on our site that could impact this. Please feel free to ask any questions necessary to enable that.
We would also like references from existing / past clients who can verify their success.
