Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
As the Marketing Director of a relatively young full service creative agency (just over 1 year old) operating in London and East Anglia I am looking for a freelance SEO and Content Marketing specialist to build a relationship with and work with us in creating and implementing SEO strategies for our growing client base.
It is an exciting time for our agency and we are building a team of specialists to work with us in creating and implementing excellent branding, adverting, design and marketing for our range of clients. As we have grown we are receiving more requests for digital marketing services (most frequently SEO and Content Marketing). In addition to this we are always looking to up sell these services as part of wider marketing strategy to our clients.
Our most recent web development project requires an SEO element, albeit on a fairly small scale – the perfect type of job for us to get to know each other and develop our working relationship. The brief is as follows:
CLIENT:
A 70 acre park that is open for use by the public – the park is a registered charity and funded by the lottery.
INTRODUCTION:
This project is part of a wider web design and development project. The client does not wish to invest in SEO site wide – as the park is used by those local to the area and would not be the sort of location one would travel a great distance to visit. However they do have an on-site lodge that they hire out to community groups, business and individuals for events such as meetings, presentations, training, birthday parties and team building days.
THE PROJECT:
To develop and implement a cost effective SEO strategy for the lodge page of the new website development (this is likely to encompass an e-commerce element) ensuring that the clients only source of independent income is as profitable a possible. Keywords will of course need to target the activities that the lodge can be used for and are only for local searches (the Norwich area) i.e a term may well be 'Party Venue For Hire Norwich'
THE PROPOSAL:
In your proposal please can you outline how you feel the project would be best completed, the sorts/numbers of key phrases you would potential want to target (based on the information provided) and the number of searches per month one is likely to expect to take place on Google. An idea on the competitiveness and the likely success in terms of ranking (what positions we would be aiming for) would also be ideal.
If there are any questions please do get in touch.
Thanks for your time.
