The project requires the following resources:

1) A copy &/or web content writer
2) A web designer
3) Marketing and advertising campaign know how.

The task can be divided into two part:

The first part is to re-launch of a small web site ( with regards to the insights gained over the last 12 months with new content and focus on reaching further into a niche market. There are already plenty of new content (collected off site) which require editing and rearrangement by a professional.

We also require an addition of a Forum as an integrated part of the site. The other design considerations are the logo and stickers for the containers of the capsules (A very simple design, no detailed information required on the sticker; Basically it can be the banner of the home page. The existing sticker it attached to give an idea) .

We would prefer if we can code the site through our in house programmer. This is with the view to future changes. Experience has proven that later on there may be issues of access and higher costs regarding the original programmer/developer. However please note that we will still require full schematic HTML and script files and your technical support during the coding process.
Furthermore this should reduce your cost and time requirements for the first part. Off course this an acceptable option not a compulsory requirement.

The second part is an effective marketing and advertising campaign to promote the new site on the web only. The period and cost of the advertising is to be decided, based on a proposal which does not have to be part of the quote in great details. However a listing of various ideas and available options should be included.

At the end of the campaign we also like to have report on the campaign with the view to measure performance and the new lessons for the future campaigns.

Terms of payment will be 50% deposit through PPH with an intermediate payment at the end of first part.

In the past we have had difficulty in getting the project going because of the diverse talent required and the inablity of bidders to finance third party e.g. the graphic/web designer directly. Therefore we propose that; should that become a difficulty we would be prepared to split the deposit between the two parties and assigned to two different names through PPH.

Please do not apply if you cannot take on the initial cost because there will be no question of advanced payment unless you have three years of trading records behind you and your Bank is prepared to provide us with adequate assurances. We may also request for 10% performance bond.

The budget allocated for the above is around £3000.00.
