Description
Experience Level: Expert
We recently had someone do some work with our ad words...
The good points about the recent creation has been the reduction in cost per click, although this maybe able to go lower still.
The poor points are that the conversion seems particularly low. Our organic conversion is approx 5 %. You'd expect AdWords to be higher based on the ability to target the customer. 10% conversion should be the minimum expectation.
The campaigns all have different targeting for some reason?
The adverts are specific to the search term.
Ie Sports Massage search term can bring up a “Physiotherapy or osteopathy” advert. I think this is the major issue.
The adwords campaigns need to achieve the following points:
Be set up at campaign level by location ie Cambridge, Peterborough, Spalding, Huntingdon, Kings Lynn, Stamford, Grantham and Boston.
Have Ad groups that are relevant to therapies provided ie Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Sports Massage, Podiatry, Acupuncture.
The ads essentially want to run like a classified adverts ie Physiotherapy in Peterborough.
Lots of negative keywords are required to reduce the incorrect traffic we receive ie Physiotherapy jobs, courses, training, NHS, Free etc...
The search radius needs to be quite tight as clients don’t travel that far. I’m not sure if we have excluded areas in the previous set ups.
The ad groups and adverts need to be set up in a way that allows us to scale to other locations otherwise we have to redo all the work again.
UK ONLY - YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF YOU ARE NOT BASED IN THE UK - there may be future work and would prefer to have a meet for a beer and a chat at some point.
Thanks guys!

Hey Ryan,
Where are you based? See you would like to be able to meet so want to see if that would be viable before placing a bid. I am West London.
Thanks
