Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a talented freelancer to work part time for us as our affiliate manager.
The job will be once a week or possibly 2-3 half days. We will provide basic training to use our affiliate network system (www.affiliatewindow.com) and fully explain what we are looking to achieve as a business.
The freelancer will need to be:
-Hardworking and very computer literate
-Driven by incentives (we will set up a bonus scheme for this role)
-Confident on Photoshop and other designing platforms
-Able to create graphic designs from a brief
-Good at communicating with others (emailing and phoning affiliate customers)
-Good at writing promotional material
The main sections of the job include:
-working with Affiliate websites to gain best results for EcoCharlie web store.
-producing .jpg and .gif banners for special offers throughout the year. Possibly flash banners as well.
-uploading and promoting special offers through Affiliate Window and other channels including a weekly newsletter.
-Keeping our key affiliates up to date and informed on a weekly basis.
-Dealing with key affiliates on exclusive offers.
-Administrative processes to do with affiliates (checking correct commissions, checking sites are relevant, resolving affiliate problems)
Pay:
Pay will be at a base of £5 an hour. (this will be supplemented by a large monthly bonus commission for meeting certain targets). The better the affiliates perform, the more commission is paid.
Where:
We are based south of Petworth, around 35 minutes from Guildford, 20 minutes from Chichester and Haslemere. Initially, we would need the employee to come to us to work through training etc. Extra hours could be done remotely. The more time the employee puts into this, the more they get out!
