Scaleable company logo from supplied image with live colour in Illustrator file format

I need someone to create me a copy of the Cyberdine Systems logo from the Terminator movies, like the one at this URL: http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20071216073234/terminator/images/thumb/8/8a/Cyberdyne_logo.jpg/250px-Cyberdyne_logo.jpg

I am not interested in the text or the background, I only want the logo from the centre of the image creating please.

The logo should be symmetrical (the shapes in the supplied linked image do not seem to be symmetrical).

The logo needs to be supplied in Adobe Illustrator format, and the colouring used should take advantage of the Illustrator live colour feature, so that I can alter the colours to my satisfaction.

The emboss and bevel features of Illustrator should be used, so that I can also edit that aspect of the design as I see fit.

The end result should be a scaleable vector logo which a can resize at will, and should be supplied in Adobe Illustrator file format.
