Resume writing

I've been in the auto industry (sales; marketing and operations) for 15 years. I'm currently on the operations side of the business working as a operations manager in a call center. I've been on this side of the business for the past 9 years. I'm trying to acquire a job in marketing, as I've spent some time in that discipline before but haven't been in a marketing role in 10 years.

My resume screams automotive finance (operations) and I need to revamp so that it's attractive to other industries (as well as marketing positions in automotive). I would like for it to be formatted so that it's eye-catching...really pops(I've seen some with graphics that are cool) and so that recruiting search tools pick it up when searches are done for marketing related positions. I need to position my talents and skill set rather than my function, as my current resume does now.

Who can help me with this? I'd like to get this done within the next 7-10 days
