Responsive HTML5 Basic Website with CMS (Fashion)

This is a brief to build an HTML5 responsive site for web/mobile and tablet. The site has been designed and requires a little tidy up adjustments and adaptation for mobile.

We need to turn this project around quickly and we it's important we are working with a developer that can think outside the box, be proactive and deliver to a high standard. Ideally with experience in high end brand sites or an understanding of what's important when working with such brands.

The site is a simple 1 page site, with affiliate iframes and ajax requirements, and a CMS. The site will need to be duplicated for a US and UK version.

1. Responsive HTML5 site build (for mobile and web) based on PDF's supplied - a little design development
2. Site is 1 page with basic CMS and external site iframes
3. Products listings page with each product clicking to an iframe of the affiliate partner
4. 5 categories with 4-6 products in each category (all within one page)
5. CMS for all categories to upload product image, info and link - products will be updated each day so need CMS to plan content for 7 days
6. Google Analytics
7. Social share button for each product
8. Duplicate version of the site for US and UK currencies

Full brief available. Please note I'm looking for people with a high level of design understanding, as this is for a fashion site working with leading luxury brands.
