Research for brochure - interviews and photos

Help! I’m swamped and need some help for an urgent job that needs completed in the next seven days.

I’m producing a brochure for a luxury Spanish hotel and I need someone to help me with the research. Here’s what I need:
Contact (and follow up) some event organisers who have hosted conferences at the hotel. The contact information is pretty complete, but you might need to do some digging to get more up to date email addresses and phone numbers. When you make contact, we need a short testimonial from them.

Contact some journalists who have attended events in the area. You'll need to identify and contact the correct people. As with the event organisers, we only really need one testimonial.

Source suitable photographs that we can use. They need to be of vehicles shot in the location of the hotel. For this you will need to use Google, your contacts and initiative.

This is the first in a series of eight brochures, so there is potential for more work. Spanish language skills desirable but not essential. Willing to pay a bonus for those who go over and above the scope of the brief.
