Research advise on and provide contract for self employed cleaners

Hello, I hope someone can help.

We are in the process of setting up a domestic cleaning business. We provide an introduction service to customers by putting them in touch with a pre vetted cleaner. We also provide insurance cover under our policy for the cleaners and provide the customers with a replacement cleaner at their request should the normal cleaner be ill or on holiday. For our service we charge a set monthly payment and the cleaners are paid directly from the customer on the day of the clean.

We are after a contract between us and the cleaners. We are also after someone who can provide legal guidance on this contract to make sure everything is on the right side of the law and if challanged will be able to make sure the cleaners are indeed self employed and not employed by us.

We are aware that this is how some of the largest domestic cleaning companies in the UK are run, however we need to make sure the way we run has been looked into and that we are not doing anything which could make us their employers.

I am not sure on cost for this but would ideally like a fixed price.
