Research administration

I help school become outstanding by working school leaders. This work is to help me find the right schools to approach to speak at a conference I am organizing.

I need information to be extracted from a standard format report (school Ofsted reports) and entered into a spreadsheet. The process is documented and easy to follow. It take 2 - 3 minutes to do each report and there are 70 reports so I imagine there is about 4 hours work to also allow time to understand what needs to be done and get the hang of it :)
