Description
Experience Level: Expert
I need a dependable and high-calibre freelance journalist or journalists to contribute an ongoing series of guides and profiles for a popular UK small business website targeting ecommerce professionals.
The website is called eSeller (esellermedia.com) and it's live now.
The budget listed is reasonably flexible and it is available on a monthly basis - either to one brilliant journalist or divided between two or three. In return I would hope for around 25 pieces OF A VERY GOOD STANDARD per month.
This project would likely begin in July. Please get in touch for further details.
Update: additional info
There's no specific word length required for each article, just enough to cover the subject matter in detail- ideally at least 6-700 words.
The website is aimed at fairly time-poor people who don't want to hack through lots of journalism before they get to the information they need.
It's really a platform to help ecommerce businesses sell more and grow. You can see from the website the articles are fairly structured and they tell the reader what to expect in terms of lessons (at least the more recent ones do!).
We have a 52-week thematic plan which covers different subjects within six main categories listed on the website: starting, promoting, selling, delivering, retaining customers and growing.
These are listed in a spreadsheet and we are going through them. I'll probably have to write short briefs for each week's work so the writer/s know what to expect, but I'd welcome content suggestions too.
The last person I had writing these did so for six months and I'd be hoping for at least that much commitment (although I wouldn't demand this formally of course!).
