Register for & prepare accounts for New Limited Co (Sparse trading History)

I'm looking for someone to prepare /submit accounts for a newly formed (March 2012) Ltd company. The company's trading activities are very sparse comprising only a handful of activities so far.

I can provide the company's business bank account activities from which the accounts will be prepared. All the business activities are within the business account and FreeAgent.

I am looking for someone to start immediately – However I also need the person to be very honest & advise me if this action is necessary, as I am unsure whether I actually need to submit anything as I have only recently started trading (Sept 2012)

I must add that my budget is very small for this project because as you will see – The business isn’t making any money as yet.
