Redraw an existing crest logo

I have a detailed photo of a crest and need someone to recreate it as a black and white digital image which can be used for printing and putting on letterheads etc.
Photo 1 an 2 is the image to be recreated. Photo 3 is just an example of what I am expecting.
The job is to copy exactly the crest image in the photo please.
The work must be completed by the 14th June '13. I need it tomorrow.
