Must be a modern design, you can use a template or theme and customize for ease but it must be original.

Must be easy for my team to update contact and ass jobs and images and so on.

SEO is vital my team will liaise with you on the SEO standards so please assume this is a key area.

I like a simple clean design with you improving and delivering the features it has now. (contact form facebook twitter etc)

To avoid time wasters and generic bidders please start you bid with the words 'Rover and Tiddles' to avoid instant rejection.

I have given a budget but that doesn't mean I want 20 bids of exactly that amount. Please calculate your effort and some contingency and quote that in hours and a breakdown of tasks. You may be under you may be over, the winning bid could be either but I want to see how simple professional estimates.
