London, GBBeginning of project went to plan and I was impressed with Zak's work, but after the site went live and needed some major tweaks to get it functioning correctly, Zak became impossible to get in touch with - taking hours and days to respond to urgent requests. Had to hire another programmer in the end to finish the site.

Firstly, I have not received an email since the website went live. If I had then I would have made any changes as I did many times before. Secondly, there will be times where it takes hours to reply as I have a lot of other clients and a lot of other work, as well as a life outside of work. Days is not so accurate. Finally, the amount of changes I did on the website was ridiculous, including the functionality side of things I.e the booking system.
