Recruitment support

We are a small company active in the European power market with a web-based platform for analysis aimed at utilities. We are looking to recruit for three different full-time positions - one Sales (likely to be UK based, home-office), one Development (could be anywhere in Europe, home-office), one Analyst (based in our office). The location of the home-based recruits may be anywhere in Europe, so it is important to advertise widely.

What we are looking for is someone who will:
- Help to write catchy job advertisements
- Scope out the best recruitment websites to post on (this would be focussed on selected paid-for sites, not free sites)
- Post the jobs apropriately, with the right categorisation etc, and in a cost effective manner
- Produce a cut-down version of the job ads suitable for placement on our website

Please note that there will be language considerations to take into account, both in terms of advertisement language (do we post in English, or local language?) and placement process. Some experience of the best approaches in this area will be required.

Depending on your expertise, you may also be asked to handle the initial steps in processing the applications - although the job requirements will be too specific to result in a great flood.
