Recreate letter head and comp slips as artwork lost

Design details: We have to re-create the comp splip (double sided) and letterhead / paper for a client.

We have pictures of their current slip and paper.

We have all the correct typefont, logo and colours.

Just need someone to do teh design to artwork standard asap.
Ideas for the visual style: I have a previous version to copy
Extra notes: Imperative the design to artwork standards and original indesign latest files are supplied to amend our end if necessary.

Its a very simple project.
