Recreate an existing wordpress website

Description of requirements/features: this site was unfortunately corrupted and we had to remove the header. so we are using the occasion to recreate the banner and do some changes on the site. the site is in 2 languages french and english
the menu consists of:

home, our menu (group menu which consists of 4, 5 or 6 course meal or normal menu which consists of breakfast, lunch and supper), promotion, our locations, photo gallery contact us, and franchise opportunity.,
home page is simply text and pictures, our menus are files that simply need to be resized and uploaded ( menus are already designed in pdf), promotion page is also already designed and simply needs to be resized and uploaded, our locations is simply the different addresses for the restaurant, photo gallery is where we upload all new photos, with a scroller on the left and right to scroll through them and the option to click on the pic to see it in big, contact us and franchise opportunity are php contact forms.
