Reconcile and process credit card statements

We use receipt bank and Kashflow - both online bookkeeping and accounting tools. Every receipt is uploaded to receipt bank and processed automatically (to a point) - we need to ensure that where a VAT claim is due, receipt bank has got the claim correct and that all details are completed before all receipts are marked for upload to Kashflow.

Once imported into Kashflow, the credit card accounts need to be reconciled against the statements - with requests to us for any missing receipts which will be supplied for upload. Once reconciled, the statements should be marked as 'paid' against the appropriate DD date.
