Re desgn to small A5 brochures into one A4 Version

We currently have two small 'square' sales brochures which we use have used on line and in printed form for a few years now. We have a requirement for a creative designer to merge the two into one A4 portrait booklet version in a similar style and corporate colours. This will enable us to send them in our A4 oversize presentaion folders. Both brochures are attached - The selected designer will be expected to select what images and text to use from either of the brochures and have some creative ideas of their own also.
