Re-collaborate an exisitng website to a wordpress theme/ including a payment page

- Re-collaborating an existing website (www.themeetmarket.com.au) to a Wordpress theme of the same appearance. Allowing a content management system.
- Slight adjustment of side panel headings/page names
- Inclusive of a membership sign up page with redirection to payment (open to suggestions-possibly paypal)
- Inclusive of a member login/password for members to have a separate "member login" area which leads to a calender of events that members can then rsvp and pay for.
The style and logo etc is to remain the same, we are simply re-adjusting this site to change the content (to convert to a CMS), but mainly to convert to a site that allows membership sign ups that are paid, then member login and event rsvp and payment.
We are a singles club in Perth, Western Australia with an existing database of around 400 people. We are switching the sign-up/member login format and therefore need assistance with this.
The attachment includes changes to the current content with the headings/page names being in bold print. It includes further information on the setup of the website also.
