Quickbooks Reconcilliation and Invoice/Bill entry

I am looking for some help with my accounts. 90% of my invoices/bills etc come in on a separate email account. I don't always have the time to enter them into quickbooks and at the end of the month when we have to reconcile the bank account, I need to enter the bills and invoices first and then tick off items from the bank statement and from the card statements.

Ideally someone local to croydon or abroad if the rate is right.
