I have a home page and an inner-page PSD. Need them converted to bootstrap/wordpress.
*Please build this on an EXISTING wordpress theme (i.e. Roots Theme, Responsive Theme, or any bootstrap-based theme) so you don't have to build all the pages from scratch. All I need you to do is edit the header.php, footer.php and page.php. I will implement the blog/archive and other layouts.
