PSD to Wordpress

I am in the process of designing a new website for my business. The current website is on the wordpress platform and i would like this one to be the same.

I need a coder / developer that can take my design and code to almost pixel perfect.
The design consists of 6 pages maybe 7, and a simple course booking system which doesn't have to change from our current one, it will just need integrating.

I want someone who is able to bring my design to life and where necessary add some of their own ideas with approval.

I have attached the home page to give you an idea and feel for the design, I have a good understanding of HTML, PHP, CSS and i will support where i can, my time is limited thou.

The design will be completed and ready for you by Monday, I'm just working on the navigation structure and a full width page.
