Proof read and professionally edit a book

We have a draft copy of a book consisting of 140 pages, 53,000 words, about information era. We need someone with professional editing experience (has already worked for a big publisher) to edit this book and make it print ready. Some proof reading will be required too. The books is in DOCS format and technically is in a fairly good shape, but needs a lot of work.

We are very flexible with our budget, so if you can prove your expertise we are happy to pay well.
