Project Acorns

I'm looking for a developer to build a website that allows me (admin) to embedd videos into a template via a CMS. (Not hosted by Youtube or similar). The templates needs to be produced to wirefames I've produced.

Users will be able to view selected videos for free.
Users will then be able view all other videos for a price per video or by subscription where are all videos will be available to them under the subscription. Payment gateway to be HSBC.

The website needs to allow users to rate the videos on a scale of 1 to 5, and be able to leave comments with a username.

Consumer Member Account – users view – write and rewrite to database by user

Consumer member account creation function by user adding name, email, password, and simple demographics

Templates to includes a right toolbar for display adverts.

Database driven content (images and text) for product advert displays on right menu bar.

Admin to add advert images and text via CMS with criteria against advert.

The web development is due to start in early January.
