Professional poster design

I need a poster designed, I am going to use it on my website as a slider.

Basically what I want is a poster with a lot of famous business leaders (I will supply the images) I need someone to cut around each image and photo-manipulate and edit them in to a poster/advert.

This would suite someone with access and experienced with a latest version of in-design, the theme of the poster should be like a ' TV News Advert'

The pictures I have are in different sizes and resolution, so therefore, someone who has experiences especially with effects might find the project more suitable.

Please if you are not used to this type of work nor have the relevant experience, please dont respond, this job is more suitable for a freelance professional with years of experience ‘perhaps’.
