Professional liability claim management.

We are a firm of chartered surveyors and have a few complaints that have gone to the property ombudsman. Most are valid but some are not. We need someone to go through these for us and to make a reasoned defence and to show that we followed RICS Procedures. None are formal claims and none have involved our insurers. They are just complaints about communication etc. The RICS are involved so we want to make sure that the information we return is fully compliant with their rules. This needs someone office based to go through everything in a methodical way and to present us in the best way possible.
