Professional CV for IT Security Role

General information for the business: IT Security
Description of requirements/functionality: I am currently a sys admin with a mixture of skill sets in data networking, firewalls, sys admin and software development. I'd like to move into a sole IT security role, either a policy and governance role or as a pen tester. I am aware of the certifications i.e. Tigerscheme, OSCP etc and I have a CISSP, but my biggest obstacle is selling myself as I don't have a great deal of real world experience although I have had exposure to PCI DSS and ISO 27001. What I'd like is someone to polish up my CV which will generate interviews and advise on interview questions to expect and possible answers, would suit someone who has been through a similar route. My preference would be a pen test role but aware that it would be harder without any real world experience so happy to go for a information security officer type role to start with and perhaps look at moving into a pen test role
