Pretty URLs to SMF 2.0.4

Experience Level: Intermediate
I have SMF 2.0.4 without pretty urls modification. I need pretty urls module or modification installed to forum so the urls are www.domain.com/forum-area/post-name/

Also old urls should be 301-redirected to new urls so there's not 404's.

The forum has some modifications so skilled .htaccess / SMF professional needed.
