Pressure washing website

Hi all, I am in need of a website for my pressure washing company, I would like it based on wordpress. I will need 6-7 pages with a couple of sliders, links to my other site (holding Page). This I will also need designed at some stage soon.
The site will need social media tabs etc.. look corporate but also appeal to the domestic market.
I have logo, images but would also like help with the wording.
My current holding page for my window cleaning site is: www.topclean-se.co.uk I would like it to resemble this if possible.

My budget for this would be in the region of £300.00
