Prepare PDFs from Fireworks images according the the requirements stipulated

Design details: I have already created the designs, using Fireworks Mx2004. The files are saved as PNG files according to the appropriate proportions, and I have used vectors. But the printer requires them as PDF vectors, with other changes (CMYK, flatten layers etc). I am not familiar with these things.

So the job is to take the images I have created, convert them to Vector (probably in Illustrator) and prepare them for printing.

I have two images. One is half the size required by the printer. The other one is the correct size, and just needs converting.

If you know how to do this I am sure it's a very quick job. Please quote hours required.
