PR Strategy

Hello
I am looking to launch an online business in the new few months, travel accessories for femal travellers.

My budget is very limited so will be looking at creative, targeted measures.

I am looking for someone to create/provide advice on a PR strategy to get my business noticed.

There are some very talented people out there.

I am looking to pay a per hour rate, at the moment I can only afford to pay per hour and cannot guarantee any more than 1 hour presently.

Could you please the total amount of hours it would take to create such a strategy for the business.
